Sadly i went to download Desktop Media, and was hit by a notification spam site. it might do more than that but first it requested notification access, stupidly said yes and was flooded. Luckily i shut my broswer and did a deep clean with CCleaner and edge's own delete function.
Long story short Desktop Media is gone and its download page compromised.
