Reproducing:
Open picture
In menu: "Image" => "Set Transparency"
There choose something, "Color" or "Mask"
"OK" resulting in pop-up notification "This program is UNREGISTERED"
If you click "Yes" your default web-browser will open known money-transferring site
So click "No"
Image will be saved - until the next time you want to set transparency again
All that completely contradicts license:![:x]( "Mad")
